Returns & Exchanges
At PAYA we work to offer the highest quality, not only in our products, but also in the shopping experience and customer service.
Therefore, if for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase directly with the factory, do not worry! You can make the exchange or return of the product within seven (7) calendar days after the delivery date.
HOW TO REQUEST A CHANGE OR RETURN?
To make your exchange or return request:

Any exchange or return is subject to evaluation by Paya. The result of this evaluation or decision will be duly communicated to the client. The exchange of a product for an identical one is subject to the availability of stock.
GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS
To exercise the right of exchange or return, the following general conditions must be met:
- Be within seven (7) calendar days, counted from the date of delivery.
- The information provided for the exchange or return request must be true and timely made to the email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The product must have the original labels and packaging.
- Printed electronic ticket or purchase invoice.

- Product returns will not be accepted:

Any exchange or return must follow the following steps:

Paya will verify the condition of the product received and the time elapsed since the delivery date:

- In any other case, the exchange or return will not proceed.
In the case of an exchange or return request sent through the email email@example.com, if the request is evaluated and accepted by Paya, the client will receive an email confirming the beginning of the procedure for the exchange or return.

CONDITIONS FOR THE RETURN OF PURCHASE MONEY
- Paya will approve the money back after the product successfully passes the quality control performed by an authorized representative.
